Big decision! Posted By: 4thekidz

I pulled Evan from
K at the beginning of the year and have been doing bits of home schooling and have been tossing around the idea to continue. I was put in touch with a group of HS moms. I met a few of them the other day and after that I am on board completely. I am in a position to be at home right now an am going to begin HS for 1st grade in the fall. For me the pros out-way the cons right now. Evan's anxiety is just so high when it comes to the idea of "going" to school. I would love to here from others who HS, what seems to work for you.

Good luck with the big decision! I homeschooled my NT daughter for 3 years and there are many pros--including being able to teach to your child's learning style. Also, it is great to finish school in just 1 1/2 hours (for the early years) and have lots of time to just be a kid! Also, type the keyword homeschool into the search box and see what other parents are homeschooling here on FR.
