We started the Casein free diet this month we still aren't 100% but doing good and showing progress mostly with BM's, speech and play. Well today he actually Played with a little boy his age at the library. It was amazing!!!

We went casein free first a few months ago and it was amazing the words that started coming out of his mouth, how much better his BM's were, and how his gross motor and pretend play became. We went gluetin free in September and we are seeing more and more pretend play, talking in three and four word sentences. We have been so thrilled with the progress

Amazing! And so much of an easier diet when your kids are younger. If you plan on doing dietary changes, start sooner rather than later...Also a great addition is digestive enzymes. I particularly like Houston's brand. Great for those infractions, plus my son still doesn't digest some veggies without them.

If you need anything, let me know. Hayden has been GFCF for a year and made a total 180. We are now adding the SCD. If you are noticing positive changes, then you are doing a good thing! Its a lot of work to do the diets, but so is everything else in the world of Autism. So... really, if you need anything just ask. I'm so happy for you and your family, to be able to see your child play with another child is huge!!! I understand!
