Hi- I'm working on putting together an electronic press kit to share with the media and also other autism organizations to give them an understanding of Foggyrock and it's benefits. Something that I would love to include in the press kit is a list of links from members of this community...giving their personal testimonial about foggyrock on video. In other words, I'm looking for members who are willing to videotape themselves talking about what Foggyrock means to them, how they found it, how they participate, who they have met, what resources they have found etc...You would then download it to Youtube and give it a title that has both of the words Foggyrock and autism in it for easy reference. Then, I would be able to post that youtube link in my electronic press kit and media and the organizations that I send it to will have access to the feedback of real members. Steve and I plan on putting our story of starting Foggyrock on Youtube as well--as soon as we figure out how to connect our new camera to the computer!!! I can't wait to hear from you! This is a great idea and I hope you get a good response. I don't feel like I've been an active enough or long enough member to give you a very good clip, although I do recommend this site to others I know in a general way.

Shannon,I dont have a web cam...but I can help out in other areas! I can type up a PSA and send it out in our Family to Family Network which will go out Statewide. So maybe for those that dont have access to a web cam, they could promote it locally. I Can also send out information through the school district and a few other Forums/websites. I can also pass the word on to some of my other friends and see if they have a web cam and can help us out.If I can help with anything else, please let me know!Lisa

Just let me know when you get your video uploaded. I'm going to add a section for them in the Forum too--so everyone here can see!...Good news--Steve figured out our camera over the weekend so we'll be adding our own too!

Dear Shannon,I would love to help, but I am truly sooo computer/technology iliterate that it is not funny. Secondly, being new to Froggyrock and still not getting the amount of time I would like to in order to explore it more, I dont' know if I would be the best of help to you. Shannon,I would like to help but only connect infrequently at present. I have set up a UK group on Foggyrock and wait see the outcome. I found you via a download on CNN.
