Hi-
Here are 3 recipes that I just found in my personal files from a listserv a few years ago.
Shannon
banana pancakes
1 banana
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract (be sure is SCD, I got mine at the health food store)
sprinkle of cinnamon
peanut butter cake
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup squash (I use butternut)
1/2 cup of honey (can be 1/3 and still tastes fine)
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking soda
bake at 325
SCD Cake
2/3 cup pureed chicken (I did mine in a blender with a tiny bit of water)
2 bananas
3 eggs
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup honey
bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Turns out the consistency of
cake but I cut it in squares and the kids call it cookies. Refrigerate
since it contains chicken. They taste awesome and John eats chicken
without even knowing ![]()
