Specific Carbohydrate Diet Eating Machine???
We did GFCF since Nov, are doing biomed treatments, and started the SCD this week. My daughter is an eating machine. She ate the chicken soup that was supposed to last a couple of days basically before lunch. Has eaten everything we have given her on the diet like there is no tomorrow. We are so thrilled. Is this normal?
Tonight I accidentally cooked maybe the best dish I have ever made .... Squash + Cut up flank steak (skinned whatever that means) + cup or water + beef broth + dash of salt.
I think daddy may actually get somewhat healthy eating this stuff too. My diet was horrible.

Is this normal? Anyone know? She snacked on fresh steamed green beans and a carrot yesterday. These are the kinds of things she is eating up! If nothing else, I would never have thought she would so enjoy eating these kinds of things. It just has not been a problem and she eats and like everything we make since starting SCD.
