This is not spam. I am on FoggyRock as a member, as I have a son with Asperger's and other family members with "sprinklings" of what looks like it. I was just cruising through the forum and saw this and thought I would put in my two cents.
I work for a company that does educational websites for kids.
I started working for them after my Asperger's son used the service when we were homeschooling. It is complete language arts and math, with supplemental social studies ( my son really "got" SS this way for some reason), and science. He LOVED it, then when he went back to school last year, I started working for them part-time.
It is called Time4Learning.com It's pretty affordable -- $20 a month, and $15 for siblings, and my Aspie son took to it like a duck to water. He still uses it even though he is in school.
I would recommend this for parents to try with their AS kids. Something about the way it is set up makes sense with the way AS kdis think. The company won't slam you with cancellation fees or anything like that. They are really sweet and the real deal. There are a lot of people with AS kids who find Time4LEarning and start using it.
I am also involved in a totally free website called SpellingCity.com -- which my son uses also. You can put spelling lists in and your children can play games with the spelling words or get tested on them. It is VERY good for kids with dysgraphia/fine motor problems. My son still hates to write his lists, but he can type them into SpellingCity -- very willingly!
I hope this helps somebody!

WE TRYED IT, MY SON'S PROCESSING WAS TOO LOW FOR IT. IT IS VERY VISUAL BUT IT DEPENDS ON HOW LOW FUNCTIONING YOU ARE. NOT ALL KIDS ON THE SPECTRUM HAVE PROCESSING ALONG WITH AUTISM LIKE MY SON. MY SON'S EDUCATIONAL LEVEL IS VERY LOW. WE FOUND THE LITERACY CENTER WEBSITE HELPFUL AND HIYAH.NET PUT OUT FREE BY AN AUTISTIC MOM
