Actress Amanda Peet
Did anyone see GMA this morning and Actress Amanda Peet basically calling out Jenny McCarthy and saying that all parents should vaccinate their children? It was weird because first she said that no one should listen to actors but to government officials instead who are professionals and know what they're talking about. Then when asked what her take was on why Autism numbers have increased so much she said "I don't know, I'm just a lay person and you shouldn't be asking me". Huh?? She is doing a press conference today with the Assoc. of Pediatrics urging parents to continue to vaccinate their children.....
It was a pretty confusing interview to say the least and I was just wondering if any one else got anything from it??

What is the GMA? She was on late night w/ Craig Ferguson not long ago and I changed the channel because I have no interest in what she has to say. That is good that she is talking in circles so maybe no one will listen to her.

I would hope that people do their research, and not just blindly follow when told that vaccinations are DEATH. People need to do their own reading, and make informed decisions.

I find it interesting that she has a new movie out (X-Files)....and this may just be a convenient way to get her name out there and get some publicity

Shannon I was wondering about that. I wanted to see the x-files movie but have lost the desire too, I know when I see her I will think only of her ignorant comments. And folks it is ignorance, and I sincerely hope, as she continues to blindly vaccinate her children, that she doesn't have to here her doctor say, Your child has autism.

I missed it...and will have to see if I can find it on you tube or something. But have to say, I read about the Parasite comment...and well that was just way over the top and out of order.
