For some of you, the school year has already began. For my family, we have 2 more weeks to get ready for the new year. My daughter and I have been attempting to bring some order to the chaos that is sometimes a part of the early morning hours by putting together a list on lunch foods. I plan on having the list typed up and stuck to the fridge. Then, Haley can use it to pack her own lunch, and I can refer to it while I pack Wynn's gargantuan meal as well.....
So, any suggestions for good, healthy and filling lunches? What do you pack?

Daniel has a problem with eating too much and gaining huge amounts of weight. We put in two fruits that he'll eat-- usually an apple and an orange, and two vegetables that he likes. Sometimes, he wants a jelly sandwich (or two) and two hard-boiled egg whites (he won't eat yolks), but today he wanted a ham sandwich and a honey sandwich. He seems to be growing and exercising enough that this is a good lunch.
