Struggling with fighting with the Upper Darby SD regarding transporting my son from school to daycare.  The district's policy claims that no child will be transported to any daycare by the school buses.  It must be an "approved" daycare within the district in order for them to comply with dropping off my son.  The district wants me to trust my child to a perfect stranger to walk my son each and everyday from school to the daycare!  Upon checking out the daycare center, I was horrified to notice the center had a smell to it and children were running all over the place!  The daycare I currently have him in does not provide transportation and is not recognized by the district as an "approved" daycare facility.

Any ideas of what I can do?  I contacted two state representatives yesterday and still waiting for an answer.
