SCD Mock Wheat Bread
I found this recipe on a listserv serveral years ago and my son really liked it. For him, it was more like dessert than bread.
Mock Wheat Bread:
6 eggs
3/4 c peanut butter
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp baking soda
Mix all ingredients with a fork. Grease loaf pan. Bake on 350 for about 30-45 mins (it will rise and become golden to medium brown. Stick toothpick in and when it comes out clean it is done)

Hi shannonj,
This recipe sounds very odd. Can you actually cut it like regular bread? It seems as though there must be something missing as there is no flour like substance in it. If the recipe is correct I would like to try it.
