I posted this article I received in the Local Connection Forum. This is very important to every parent in CA. With OAH (Office of Administrative Hearing)gone, parents will have a better chance of winning in due process. OAH record  has been 90% infavor of school districts. The agency that was used before OAH would favor the parents 50% of the time. Before OAH, parent were treated fairly.  Unfortunately, you have to file in federal court to get any kind of change, because CDE pays the school districts and OAH, I see a conflict of interest.
