My Prayer at Christmas

holy father i woefully ask you to let your
spirit flow through me
give me the hope that is lacking in my life
give me lasting faith and the ability to
greatly lighten the troubles of my heart
help me to have patience and understanding to
move through each day
i hesitate to plead my problems to the savior
of many
to the prince of peace
to worship you is a privilege
you are the holiest of holy
the great i am
you personify the love for the meek and for
the disabled
you are loving and patient
thank you lord for the gift of your son
thank you for never giving up on me
in the name of my savior jesus i pray
