Hello all,
I just finished a DK Biography of ALBERT EINSTEIN and just keep thinking what a wonderful book this would be for middle school and above students who have Asperger Syndrome. Rumor has it that Einstein was an undiagnosed person with Asperger Syndrome and after reading the book, I would continue to suspect that...and I would also call him an Autism Hero. This book is bursting with photographs and bite size information that make it motivating to keep reading. After reading it, I was really impressed by what a well rounded individual Einstein was and that with his inquisitive attitude which always asked "why?" he was able to answer questions in life that are still utlized today. He was an amazing individual who was a vital part of world history and achievement...plus a really cool, yet quirky guy!
Here is my Amazon review of the book (ISBN 0756612470). It would be a great addition to any school or classroom library.
