One way to make connections here is to put what city/state you live in on your bio so others in the area can connect with you. You can google your area and support groups and may find there are some already in your area. Yahoo groups are great for making lots of local contacts as well.

Is Chula Vista near San Diego? Or L.A.? If so, you might want to go to the TACA website: http://www.talkaboutcuringautism.org/index.htm because it is headquartered out that way. You also might want to join Val's List http://www.valerieslist.com/val/index1.asp as it is a San Diego Resource.

Can you tell I have done my research on California? My husband's company is based in San Diego and they have tried to transfer us there several times. Unfortunately, my son's needs have not lent for an easy more right now...so we are still here in Maine for the time being.
