Scanning documents & IEP results

08-12-08
After & before (supporting docs) each IEP I electronically scan all docs into an adobe PDF format. That way I can send it in a jiff to anobody needing it. I have done that so many times. Including sending it to therapist that never seem to get the paperwork to ABA vendor's etc. Very handy & I post it in MicroSofts healthvault so I always have it available even when out of town etc. Hope my comment helped happy IEP'in. If, you don't have a scanning machine at work, home that can do bulk scans go to Kinko's they can do it for an affordable fee. I also never have to worry about them in case of disaster, fire, lost in move etc.

Have you guys heard of this on-line service (run my Shannon's husband, Steve)? I am checking it out this year to see if it helps. It is mostly made as a place where the team members can communicate. It has a place for IEP documents to be scanned and stored, however. It seems very cool. If you are interested www.iAbida.com. Deb
