STRESS

what stresses you out the most? For me it is the parents who say they can't change for the sake of their child...Here we have all changed to help Julian become healthy, and succeed at his own pace...So what causes your stress???

Depends on

My PMS level...lol
I know TMI....but most of the time, I'm pretty laid back...but then there are times...when the smallest of things might get to me...then I get upset..for getting upset.
However, it usually takes quite a bit to rattle me....and when I'm rattled...its usually a domino effect that triggered the meltdown.
You know those days...where its one minor detail after another....until they turn into a tropical depression.

Being late & multiple time commits

What stresses me out. Working from home while Liv has ABA is stressful trying to balance meetings, calls, meltdowns, ABA schedules, Therapy appts, Work commits, Dr appts... And trying to fit it in to everyday life. Getting lost stresses me out on the way to an appt. And, trying to be 6 different places & 6 different roles at once. Take a step back & my life is stressful. It has become so stressful I don't even know it anymore. When I took a vacation this year.. That was the only time I felt the weight of the world a bit lighter. And, it actually let me know how stressful my life really is.

I react when the people around me are having a hard time. When Daniel's upset or stressed out, it's really hard for me to stay calm. Even if I remain outwardly calm most of the time, but inside, it's a different story.

stress

I stress mostly when I feel stress around me. If michelle is having a meltdown or my honey is swearing because he can't find something that he just had in his hand. Normally I try to make light of a bad situation. I would rather laugh than cry. I have my Dark times when I feel like crying, but I do it privately and try not to depress everyone in my life. My poor dogs have heard enough to shock Dr. Phil into retirement. it is good to handle stress in a way that you feel better for the release.Scream into a pillow or sit down and have a good cry. It has to happen.
