Hi ! I wanted to thank everyone for there messages to me and say all our hard work will and is paying off. I have been potty training my son in boxers and it has had some regression. I have been following alot of advice from so many sources. Sammy is doing very well the last couple days. The batroom door is finally left open in our house, he is washing and drying his hands on his own! Sweet ! Sweet! sucess and ABA is going to just love this too!!! I hope this brings encourgament to you that need it , it does pay off !!! Even when everyday is not a bowl of cherries!!!

I am happy for Sammy, and you too...We never went through the poop painting and potty training was done on his own at age 4...this happened after our 3rd Secretin IV...We were trying to speech, but I guess GOD thought the potty thing was most important...when the kids finally get the potty message it builds up their self-esteem like you wouldn't believe...and for the older child, this must mean so much, because they are not being change just anywhere, now come independence and dignity too...And so many changes for you too...the bathroom door not being locked anymore, that I know was a scary and big step for you, but I know you will recall our conversation on this topic earlier this year, and yes it does pay off to let them become independent of us...Great job Sammy, I know this is harder on you than we think...But you will make it.

That is great news! Brendan has his days where he wants to go potty, he has went 4 times this month. We are working with so many other things right now and it is really hard to add potty training, it is kinda on the back burner, but still have it on my mind.
