well, well, well, tonight I cooked a totally organic chicken, boy was it tender and juicy...I remembered tasting chicken like this when I was a little girl...man oh man can you recall taste in our mind...oh and the house had a nice fresh smell, not at all like the way it smells when you cook the chicken from the markets...even the dogs had their noses up in the air getting a whif of what was cooking...My friend is going to give Victor 5 organic turkey's to raffle off to help him raise monies for his CHINA trip...we will see how much he makes, his first installment on this trip is coming up soon...if you can try the organic chicken.

When we were in Indiana, the best chickens were the Amish, organic ones. They had the best flavor, by far. They probably ate lots of bugs and greens!
