Why should I start my own group?

Groups are a great way to share with others who have the same interests. Those interests might be diet related, age related, location related or can even be made up completely of people that you already know and what to share specifically with. For example, you might be a parent of a child with autism. You may have family and friends who don't live near you but like to be kept in the know. You can share those funny or touching stories, pass along dates for conferences or gatherings, or post articles or links to videos or other sites that might provide insight to those who care about you and your child with autism.
Another scenario might be the professional who works with children with autsim. He/She could start a group of other professionals and be able to share advice, articles, case studies, research etc....
Really, the opportunities are endless....
and it is so easy. Give it a try!
