I am the mother of a 15 year old girl who has moderate Autism. I live 60 miles southeat of Chicago. I look forward to connecting with others in Illinois that are affected by Autism.

I hope you do not mind my invading this area. I do live in IN but I grew up in IL and do not live far from IL. There is a yahoo group for autism Chicago news. I think it is called Autism News or something like that. I joined before I figured out it was Chicago area only. But they had good info. I went to EIU and there are alot of Chicagoans there. Actually the majority. Enough for now. Let me know if you want me to amscray.
