they are sublingual, but Julian won't leave them under his tongue...so I dissolve them first.

Shots vs tablets/capsules

I think what works for your kids, would depend on their ability to absorb the supplements through the gut. In Mickie's case since he doesn't absorb much I use the oral B12, plus the shots and the Nasal Spray.

So is it the sublingual tabs?

B12 tablets

I give the tablets, they are easier to travel with...the shots need to stay in the frig...whhat I do is place 5 tablets into a teaspoon of water let them desolve and then put them under Julian tongue...the tablets we use come in 5mg... the shot was for 25 mgs...so 5 tablets will do...so far they work just as good...and because they go under the tongue we don't lose to much in the digestive tract...What emzymes are you using and are you giving the Bifidophilis (good bacteria?)

Question on supps

Hi!
I see you are using B12 tablets. Have you tried the shots? Are you happy with the tablets? I am thinking of asking the doc to start my son on the shots when we go. But I know my daughter would take the tablets so I was wondering if the results are the same. I just started enzymes with her and they made a huge difference!
