Here is info on a law that was passed in 2007 that all health insurers whose coverage plans includes neurological disorder services, must cover a child with Autism up to age 12.

I know that year it was stated that if insurance companies covered brain injury, this also was to include autism,,,an injury to the brain...neurological damage...disorder...but I don't recall an agelimit...
