I was about to try to create a way to keep track of what Will was eating, what supplements he was taking and how it was effecting him that day but thought you guys might already have a good way??

Calendar

05-25-08
I have a daily calendar just for him. I was writing everything eaten - but now I just rwrite out of the ordinary things, supps, behaviors and of course detailed poop descriptions...woo hoo. It came in very handy in figuring out which supp was causing tooth grinding and why he was waking screaming in the middle of the night... nothing fancy just a small daily calendar.

Journal

I keep a daily journal and write in it everyday. I write everything in it. For supps I have a laminated version of what he takes daily and I put a check by it when he takes something so I can keep up.
