What a great team you are and thank you for your constant support of FR and our mission. I just wanted to encourage you to continue reaching out to our new members. Many folks who join have never participated in a social community before and can feel quite intimidated by the process. I think it helps when they receive invites from other members--to be a contact, to read a post, to share more detail in their bio etc.....So, when you get the chance, extend a welcome and a helping hand (again :)
