Do yiou have a system?

I have 5 boxes of school stuff (IEP'S) 6 binders of Doc stuff, and 3 binders of lab tests, and 3 binders of natural suppliements, I also have notes books about 15 on what has worked and what hasn't...I share what is asked for...and I sign every release of records given to me...I want all to see what I have done for Julian and his progress made public noting I only use natural products NO RX's

right now I have everything stored away in my Hutch...in notebooks, folders and envelopes.

I have two giant three ring binders, but I need to move up to a filling cabinet. One is my daily journal and his recent medical records. The other is insurance, school and SSI stuff. I try to keep it very organized and my OCD shows, lol. When we see a new doctor I have a report typed up with all his diagnosis, his doctors, the last visits and medical history. I treat it like a business meeting. My husband thinks I intimate the Doctors, lol. I have had a few tell me I need to come work for them.

Nothing fancy! All his IEP's go together, medical records go together...
