SARRC job coach Laurie Starr works with Adam and other adults who have Asperger's.

``It's definitely important for everybody to know that there really is no difference," Starr says. ``They can work just as hard or even harder than the rest of us."

Now, just one year after finding SARRC, Adam has a new-found motivation and love for cooking that are the perfect ingredients for the next chapter in his life.

``It's jut fun to prepare foods, see how wonderful they can look, how wonderful they can taste," Adam says. ``It's just I like cooking, I guess, so I cook. It's just a new adventure."
