My name is Evelyn Delgado. I have three incredible children. Two have autism. One is typical. I love my three children and the challenges of being their mom. All three are unique and special and come with their own set of rules, challenges and wonderful moments and some not so wonderful moments. I have Autism and it is difficult to explain
It causes all sorts of delays in my brain
I'm smart as a whip but its hard to express
Working through all this is sometimes a mess
Therapists help me all day through
At home, during classwork and all day in school
Love me, Teach me it's all that you can do
Together we'll conquer Autism one day
Until then I'm just fine with my autistic brain!
