We have a tradition of having a New Years Party at our house with my family, which can get pretty crazy and loud. With my son Austin it is always a concern how he will act with all the people and noise. My wife and I decided that we will have a party and if something happens one of use will take him away and calm him down if needed.

Well none of that was necessary he was actually really good at the party. At first he was a little confused with all the people that were in his house and invading his space but after a while he was walking and running around. He never played with the other children that were there but he seemed to have a good time and it shows me that this kid never ceases to amaze me and makes me very proud.

My personal opinion is that it was such a great party even my son with Autism couldn't help himself :)
