HI. I have three kids girl, boy, girl, my middle guy CJ has mild ASD, he's getting treated for ADHD as well. He is in a main stream school, it's not going great. Most days he says he hates it, hates life. It's sad. We're trying to get him into a really great local SpED school, we won't find out till next month. My daughters are great with him for the most part.
He sees the world so differently and sometimes he says these really beautiful profound things. >

Hello. I've been so swamped with a fifth grader graduating to middle school. I did the graduation video and ran the talent show! today is the last day of school. I am heading out to a cross country trip and now my CJ (mild ASD) is getting nervous about all the changes. I've been convincing him that every night we will be in a hotel that will look similar and everyday we'll be in the car for a while. I need an autism awareness something for my car. Any ideas? I'm hitting 25 states. Starting in FLA, New Orleans, San Antonio, Carlsbad NM, Grand Canyon, Bryce, Zion, Moab, Cheyenne, Mt. Rushmore, Chicago and Niagara Falls. Wish me luck, I'm going to have a blog people can log onto but I can't figure out how to do it. Thanks for this site, thanks for all you do.
