Hi all! I am a mother to a 5 year old Caleb with autism and a 3 year old Kelsey with Asperger's. He is in kindergarten and she is in pre-school. I also have many characteristics in common with the kids which makes dealing twice as hard for me-sensitive hearing, sensory, ADD, and a little auditory processing. I am married to Dennis and we keep our hands full keeping up with the two of them.

Does anyone know of natural methods of getting rid of ants or spiders?

We've had an enviromentally green pest control company help us out with carpenter ants in the past....I seem to remember something like Boric Acid being used--which is not safe to eat (for humans) but is not harmful to the environment, and doesn't give off fumes etc....
