Hi all! I am a mother to a almost 5 year old son (Caleb) with autism and a 2.5 year old daughter (Kelsey) with Asperger's. I also have many characteristics in common with the kids which makes dealing twice as hard for me-sensitive hearing, sensory, ADD, and a little auditory processing. I am married to Dennis and we keep our hands full keeping up with the two of them.

They have not gone away with meds. The doc wants us to try it another week and then we can change. Everything is causing them though-heat, dehydration, lack of sleep, flash bulbs from camera at our pictures. He seized through our entire photo session. It was soooo hard to get his eyes. See attached. My daughter's is on the composition entitled "Social Skills!'.

Bless his heart....he is so beautiful....I hope that you are able to find the right medication very soon. You all need some relief.

My son has seizures so I fully understand and will keep you in prayer

I am so sorry he is having such a hard time. I hope they get them under control soon. I can't imagine what you are going thru. It is a great picture and he is also adorable. I will continue praying for him.
