Hi all! I am a mother to a 5 year old Caleb with autism and a 3 year old Kelsey with Asperger's. He is in kindergarten and she is in pre-school. I also have many characteristics in common with the kids which makes dealing twice as hard for me-sensitive hearing, sensory, ADD, and a little auditory processing. I am married to Dennis and we keep our hands full keeping up with the two of them.

I have been doing things for their sensory lately since we cannot go outside. They are becoming little artists! They love to paint! For the last hour, they played quietly at the table with Playdoh! Sure I had to throw it away when we were done but it was old anyway. I now have to do cleanup but I am singing the praises of Playdoh for a quiet hour!
