Hello I am a new autistic mother since June 07 I am 25 yrs old .  He is 4 years old.  I have 3 other typical children daughters  10, 7,  5, I am married now for 6 years together for 7.  I am not very educated yet but one of my goals is to learn all I can about this disease and how I help my child.  I am so blessed that I have my  daughters first they are such a big help to their brother .  I think God gave me my son last so he would have these helping hands around him, and good examples around him daily. Whats funny is I have always wanted a boy during every pegnancy he never came , now I know It was completely Gods plan and out of my hands .  It reminds of just how little  I am and how Big he is. I am just so blessed that he can walk and laught at jokes ther are so many children that are not able to do these things.  I try to focus on the things that he is able to do, not on the things that he cannot do.
